Position Finance Controller

Location: Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
- Provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 10 15 years of experience.
- Strong experience in printing and stationery manufacturing.
- Expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, taxation, and audits.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Solid leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
