Job title- Merchandiser

Job Location: Noida (sec-63)

- Garment Construction: Solid knowledge of fabrics (knits / some per% of Woven), trims, GSM, dye lots, and apparel manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with buyers, sourcing, production, quality, and planning teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A;) calendars and ensure all milestones are achieved within deadlines.
- Create and hand over complete production files to the production team with accurate specifications, BOM, trims, approvals, and technical details.
- Follow up aggressively with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of fabrics, trims, samples, approvals, and production activities.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays related to fabric availability, trims, dye lots, approvals, or production.
- Coordinate sample development, fit approvals, PP samples, size sets, and bulk production approvals.
- Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and customer requirements are met.




- Maintain merchandising documentation, order sheets, costing sheets, consumption sheets, and ERP records.
- Handle buyer communication professionally and respond promptly to queries and order updates.

Required Skills

- Robust Communication: Excellent spoken and written English to confidently handle buyer queries.
- Follow-up Expertise: A proactive, aggressive follow-up attitude with internal departments to maintain speed.
- Make production file handover to production team with complete details to avoid any obstacle in production.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly troubleshoot production flaws, fabric delays, or shade-matching issues.
- Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing data sheets and T&A; tracks & SPA or ERP
- Costing: Understanding of consumption calculations.
