About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager Channel Sourcing to drive our channel sales network by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with real estate channel partners and developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem, generating business opportunities through channel partners, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard real estate channel partners and developers in line with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic objectives through channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Management, to support partner success.
- Conduct joint business planning with channel partners, defining performance goals, financial targets, and growth plans.




- Continuously assess partner needs and provide appropriate business support.
- Generate and close sales opportunities through partner organizations while coordinating with internal sales teams.
- Effectively manage channel conflicts by ensuring clear communication and adherence to channel engagement guidelines.
- Lead solution development to address customer requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure compliance with channel partner agreements and company policies.
- Drive adoption of company initiatives, sales programs, and campaigns among assigned partners.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and revenue generation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- Prior experience working with Real Estate Developers or Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Real Estate, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
