- 15 years of experience in Telesales
- Mandatory fluency in Marathi or Kannada (along with English/Hindi)
- Prior experience in the Insurance sector is mandatory
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver quality customer service
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
