Role & Responsibilities

- Lead marketing strategies to drive sales & revenue growth.
- Manage customer acquisition, conversion & retention.
- Build relationships with pharmacies, distributors, retailers & Ayurvedic practitioners.
- Track marketing performance and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BAMS / MBA Marketing preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Ayurveda, Pharma, Healthcare or Wellness.
- Robust sales, marketing & lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, networking & negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
