Key Responsibilities

Server Administration

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
- Monitor server health, performance, storage, and backups.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot server-related issues and ensure uptime.

Network Administration

- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage enterprise firewall solutions such as Fortinet FortiGate.
- Handle network monitoring, redundancy, and troubleshooting.
- Implement network security policies and access controls.
- Support enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure and network segmentation.

IT Asset Management

- Maintain inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, switches, firewalls, access points, printers, and software licenses.
- Track asset allocation, movement, warranty, AMC, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain asset tagging and documentation records.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor management for IT equipment.
- Ensure proper disposal and replacement of outdated IT assets.
- Generate periodic IT asset reports and audits.
- Manage software license compliance and renewal tracking.

Security & Monitoring

- Implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor infrastructure logs, alerts, and security events.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security,



and backup solutions.
- Maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures.

IT Operations & Support

- Lead IT support activities and handle escalation management.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers.
- Maintain IT SOPs, network diagrams, and infrastructure documentation.
- Support cloud services, email systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Guide and mentor junior IT engineers and support staff.

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and IT assets.
