Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update sales data.
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Support order processing and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Build good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Assist in expo, marketing, and lead generation activities when required.
Requirements:
- Any degree / diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Prior sales or customer support experience is preferred.
