Role Summary

As the Technical Lead, you will drive technical excellence across application development, Azure cloud, DevOps, production support, and engineering best practices. You will collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and external infrastructure partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
- Review application design, code quality, and development standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Azure Cloud & DevOps

- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure-based applications and infrastructure.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates preferred).
- Monitor application health, performance, availability, and cloud costs.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and release management.

Security & Operations

- Implement secure development and Azure security best practices.
- Manage identity, access control, secrets, backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery.




- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance controls implemented
- Work closely with external infrastructure vendors to ensure reliable operations and timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 5 - 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
- Solid knowledge of .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Good understanding of Azure networking, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, Agile development, and code reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or Secure SDLC.
- Startup or SaaS product development experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled applications is an added advantage.
