Graphic Designer Job Description

Company: Sharswap Media Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Working Days:

- Monday to Thursday Work from Office
- Friday Work from Home
- Saturday & Sunday – Weekly Off

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

- Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Design promotional creatives for OTT content, digital campaigns, and advertisements.

- Develop website graphics, landing page banners, and other digital assets.

- Create eye-catching posters, thumbnails, and promotional artwork.

- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video editing teams to deliver creative solutions.

- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines across all designs.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and branding.

- Excellent creativity with solid attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant work experience. (FRESERS are welcomed)
