Role & responsibilities

This is on role chance with Raychem RPG.

- Capable of Troubleshooting breakdowns of machines. Hydralulics, Mechanical & Pneumatics & Electrical.
- Hands on maintenance and troubleshooting experience of injection molding machines.
- Maintenance of DG set, Screw compressors, Cooling tower, HVAC, Ovens, special purpose SPMs
- VFD maintenance & installation (Mitsubishi, Delta Siemens, Schneider)
- Aware about instrumentation (digital, analog, pressure, level control valve, proximity switch, photo sensor, flow meter, limit switch, digital display) wiring and maintenance.
- Maintenance of auto loader, dehumidifier, conveyor, extruder
- PLC & HMI - understanding ladder logic (Mitsubishi, Siemens) & diagnosis the problem
- Aware about SCADA, Robotics
- Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
- VFD maintenance, installation of VFDs (Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Schneider etc.)
- Basic Knowledge about Fanuc Robot, automatic gantry system. Burners.




- Root cause Analysis of failure of equipment/tripping. Why-why analysis to be done for the repetitive breakdowns.
- Monitor MTTR and MTBF
- Awareness about TPM
- Aware about Predictive maintenance
- Ensure compliance of permit-to-work (PTW) system/ LOTO system to ensure zero accident.
- Coordination & Interaction with other departments.
- 100% compliance of safety observations.
- Ensure compliance to standards like ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2000.
- Maintaining critical spares & standardization of spares.

Preferred candidate profile

Edu : BE - mechanical , Electrical , Mechatronics

Exp : 5-7 yrs of relevant experience

Preferred skill set : Hydraulics problem solving skill, Understanding PLC ladder logic
