The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in talent mapping, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter tools, candidate engagement, and pipeline management across various functions and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conduct advanced Boolean searches, keyword searches, and talent mapping exercises.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Send personalized InMails and follow up with prospective candidates.
- Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability against job requirements.
- Generate candidate shortlists and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data, talent pools, and recruitment trackers.
- Perform competitor mapping and market intelligence research through LinkedIn.
- Drive passive candidate engagement and relationship management.
- Monitor sourcing metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn Recruiter features, sourcing trends, and talent market insights.

- 28 years of experience in recruitment sourcing.
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates exclusively through LinkedIn.
