Job Responsibility & Competence Required for the Job

Regular auditing of CSR institutes w.r.t processes, payments & financial compliances

Checking of vendor payments , account payables w.r.t SOP by CSR Institutes

Checking of payroll of CSR Institutes and having knowledge of compliance to related areas

Coordinate for weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual MIS reviews of departmental activities.

Support in closure Statutory Audit of CSR Institutes including liasion with Statutory auditors

Working with Statutory auditors for Filing of Income tax return and Statutory Income tax forms as applicable to CSR Institutes

Checking & Filling in Monthly GST Returns such as (GSTR1 & GSTR3B) of CSR Institutes

Checking & Filling in monthly TDS payments and Quartly TDS Returns





Checking & Filling in Monthly PF Returns and ESIC Returns

Preparation of agenda and minutes of Governing body meeting of CSR Institutes

Understand notices received from Income tax/ GST authorities and working with team for appropriate resolution

Competencies / Skills Required for the Job

Valuable Command on English & Hindi Languages

Strong presentation, communication and Administrative skills

Good Knowledge of accounting & auditing skills

Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.

Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach.
