The Billing Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the
billing and invoicing activities. This role involves collaborating with
project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure accurate
and timely billing processes. The Billing Executive will play a crucial
role in maintaining financial records, tracking project costs, and
ensuring compliance with project contracts and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for MEP projects based on contract terms and project milestones.
-Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation before invoicing.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to obtain
necessary information for billing.
Cost Tracking:
- Monitor project costs, including materials, labor, and other expenses, to ensure accurate invoicing.
-Collaborate with project teams to address any discrepancies or changes in project scope affecting billing.
Contract Compliance:
- Ensure that all billing activities comply with the terms and conditions outlined in project contracts.
- Collaborate with legal and project management teams to resolve any contractual issues impacting billing.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing-related documents.
- Prepare and maintain reports on billing activities, project costs, and revenue projections.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
