We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to manage and streamline operational processes within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in healthcare operations, coordination, and process improvement to ensure efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Coordinate with clinical, paramedical, and administrative teams
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
- Assist senior management in strategic planning and execution
- Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization





Qualifications:

- MBA / MHA from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospital field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and operational workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems (HIS)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
