The Maintenance Coordinator’s role is to effectively assist with the maintenance program within the Safety Department. This includes managing all company assets, fleet documents - obtaining required documentation, maintaining accurate and up to date records and filing of all of the documents.

Primary Objectives :

- Management of Service Calls/fleet breakdowns.
- Create a system / dashboard to keep track of payment receipts and handle all external payments.
- Schedule the PM and Annual Safety for Company Trucks and Trailers and follow up with Equipment Analyst for the uploading of documents of work orders and documents on fleet.
- Distribute work to recent “on account venders” on different locations and take regular follow ups and also make sure that they get their timely payments.
- Responsible for doing Indexing And updating events, comments and dates on Fleet Manager.
- Take care of oil changes and maintain records for the same.
- Responsible to respond all the emails which are related to maintenance and provide update on various issues.
- Take care of satellites installation by mechanics.
- Supervisor of Mechanics on Daily work orders.
- Schedule urgent request for plate stickers / truck to be prepared.




- Assisting with dispatch and driver enquiries on the status of units / service calls/ repairs.
- Stock/ record keeping parts and issue parts to mechanic.
- Provide seals to driver and maintain their records.
- Training mechanics everyday single handedly on data dis.
- Assisting mechanics with dispatch, location of trailers.
- Assisting driver with printing, straps, fire extinguisher, gladhand seals, lock.
- Dealership units with updates.
- Invoices confirmation for the department.
- Setting up Datadis, adding units (m and m), shop units.
- Receiving parts on window , arranging forklift. Securing invoices.
- Helping out multiple drivers for keys everyday.
- T-check, cc invoices recordkeeping.
- Handing over safety sticker to mechanics, telling dispatch (everyday).
- Assigning tasks for mechanics in datadis.
- Securing expensive load trailers, by mechanics and informing dispatch.
- Solving mechanics problems like, login, paycheck.
- Work order creation

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
