Roles & Responsibilities ➔ Developing, implementing and enforcing procedures and policies to ensure the organisation's compliance with industry and government regulations.
➔ Consistent risk assessments to recognise areas where the company might be vulnerable to non-compliance.
➔ Take action in dealing with non-compliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
➔ Complies with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements by studying existing and current legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
➔ Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
➔ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

➔ Accounting ◆ Generating estimates, Purchase invoices, Purchase orders, tax invoices, e-way bills, and credit and debit notes. ◆ Maintaining ledgers and Monitor payments with suppliers and buyers.



◆ Maintain factory attendance and disbursement of Monthly Salaries ◆ Payment of factory expenses - electricity, water, banking and other miscellaneous. ◆ Generate and suggest weekly and monthly reports to have a healthy cash flow system. ◆ Initiate, evaluate and execute alternative funding for working capital. ◆ Monitor and evaluate inventory material and money flow with track on the inward and outward of the factory. ◆ Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant to Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

➔ Compliance ◆ CPCB/ KSPCB/ MOEFcc/ DGFT compliance - registration, maintenance and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual data. ◆ MOU / NDA and other associated agreement evaluation and execution with stakeholders. ◆ Employer certifications including ESI & PF for employees'

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
