Job Description
We//'re seeking an experienced QA Automation testring with expertise in Manual, API, and Automation Testing, particularly in the Telecom domain. As a QA Automation, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of test analysts, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will play a key role in driving the testing efforts, providing guidance on best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Testing Teams: Lead and manage a team of test analysts, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium/Playwright, Java/Python, and ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
API Testing: Develop and execute API testing using Postman/RestAssured, ensuring comprehensive coverage of APIs and identifying defects.
Collaboration and Communication:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution, and provide regular progress updates.
Risk Analysis and Prioritization: Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly, ensuring that critical defects are identified and addressed promptly.
Test Case Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports, ensuring that testing efforts are well-documented and reusable.
Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring that defects are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Automation Testing: Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python.
API Testing: Experience in API Testing using Postman/RestAssured.
Test Management Tools: Experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of test analysts, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
