- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of previous experience is preferred
- Must have good knowledge of the Precast industry(Modeling, Detailing of shop drawings, erection drawings)
- Must have good knowledge of Auto CAD & Revit(2D & 3D)
- Must have good knowledge of US/Australian industry standards
- Must be able to handle a team of 3 to 4 members
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good communication skills – Both Verbal and Written
- Must be able to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings
- Multi-tasking skills are preferred
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools is preferred
