Job Summary:
The Electrical Stores Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of electrical spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store electrical materials and spare parts.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, and ERP inventory transactions.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of electrical materials.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, and Purchase teams for material availability.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical stores within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electrical spares, inventory control, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
