We are looking for a skilled Data Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) to help us unify and activate customer data. This role is ideal for a specialist who understands how to bridge the gap between raw data streams and actionable customer insights within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Position Overview

- Work Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Core Responsibilities
- Architecture & Mapping: Manage and configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Data Model Objects (DMOs) to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Identity & Insights: Implement Identity Resolution rules to create a unified customer profile and build Calculated Insights to drive business intelligence.
- Segmentation & Activation: Execute precise segmentation and activation strategies to power personalized customer journeys.
- CRM Integration: Leverage a deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM data model (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities) to align data across the platform.
- Emerging Tech: Utilize Agentforce flows, actions,
and secure data access patterns to enhance automated workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Salesforce Expertise: 2–3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
- Data Engineering: Familiarity with Python, Spark, or similar data engineering tools for complex transformations.
- Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to major cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure.
- Agile Delivery: Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery models, ensuring quick-paced and high-quality output.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Developer.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I/II.
- MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Industry Experience: Background in Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Media.
- Marketing Strategy: Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization use cases, and marketing automation platforms.
