Job description:

- Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with proficiency in design software.
- Receiving projects from designing head
- Planning projects & fixing completion date by sitting with designing head and Senior project Architect.
- Site visit and customer meeting and ensure the overall customer satisfaction.
- Healthy discussions with clients
- Maintain the list of basic parameters of designs and drawings which we are following. (height, width, hardware etc)
- Developing the concepts (plan, elevation & interior) based on the client’s requirements, reference and budget.
- Proper explanation and direction to designers and drawing head about the designs (Before rendering the design need to check again)
- Final checking of designs & drawings (practical viability)Ensuring error free designs and drawings within the budget
- Pushing projects to estimation department with proper clarity and detailed note as discussed with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
