Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for product features and functionalities.
- Write and execute API test scripts using Postman and RESTful web services testing (SoapUI – professional version).
- Build and maintain manual and automated Build Acceptance Test (BAT) suites for multiple projects.
- Support production releases and generate detailed QA reports.
- Collaborate with developers on code reviews, test case reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with business analysts to clarify requirements and create test cases in an Agile development environment.
- Use programming knowledge (Java, Ruby, Python, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, PHP, Groovy Scripts, Selenium RC/WebDriver) to support automation and testing.
- Utilize QA tools and platforms including ADB commands, BrowserStack, Asana, Trello, Jira, TestRail, CI tools, cloud-based test environments, and server monitoring tools like Recent Relic, Splunk, Keynote, Gomez, and Nagios, along with performance and load testing experience.
