Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist / Assistant Team Leader (ATL)

We are hiring Pharmacists, Senior Pharmacists, and Assistant Team Leaders (ATL) to join our pharmacy team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail pharmacy operations, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of prescription dispensing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and SOPs.
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy store operations.
- Handle both online and walk-in customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock replenishment and expiry management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient counseling.
- Support sales targets while maintaining high service standards.




- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm (Mandatory)
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration
- 6months–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy software is an advantage
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
