 Project Scientist - I: 01 Positions

Reporting to:

Prof. Anubha Gupta

Signal Processing and Biomedical Imaging Laboratory (SBILab),

Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi)

Fellowship:

 Rs. 56,000/- + 27% HRA (if admissible) = approx. Rs. 71,120/- inclusive

Essential Qualifications:

The candidate should possess:

 Doctorate degree in sciences

OR

Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology.

Relevant disciplines include Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics,

Mathematics, or allied areas.

Essential Requirements:

 Excellent coding skills

 Excellent in the theory and training of deep learning architectures

 Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Area of Research:

The selected candidates will work on building custom design:

 Interpretable and explainable machine learning and deep learning models

 Lightweight AI models for healthcare applications





 Biomedical signal processing and medical image analysis

 Trustworthy and transparent AI systems for clinical decision support

Application Timeline: The hiring on this position is on rolling basis until a suitable candidate is found.

Duration: Initially for 11 months (subject to successful completion of a one-month probation period). The

duration may be extended further depending on performance.
