BetWindow is a rapidly growing online casino brand dedicated to delivering an exceptional gaming experience. We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Partnership Manager to expand our global affiliate network, develop strategic partnerships, and drive high-quality player acquisition.

Job Summary

The Affiliate Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing affiliate partners, media buyers, comparison websites, influencers, and strategic partners. This role focuses on building long-term relationships that generate sustainable player growth and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and media buying teams.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and customized commercial agreements.
- Develop partnership strategies to increase First-Time Depositors (FTDs) and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and campaign profitability.
- Analyze key metrics such as clicks, registrations, FTDs, conversion rates, ROI, player retention, and lifetime value.
- Work closely with the Marketing, CRM, Product, and Design teams to launch successful promotional campaigns.
- Identify new acquisition channels, markets, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible marketing guidelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly partnership performance reports.
- Represent BetWindow at iGaming conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetups.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management within the iGaming, Casino, or Sportsbook industry.
- Strong network of affiliates, publishers, influencers, and media buyers.
- Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Revenue Share models.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Everflow, Scaleo, or similar.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing relationships with top casino affiliates and affiliate networks.
- Experience launching campaigns across Tier-1 and emerging markets.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
