Experience : 3-4 years

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Must be well versed with written & spoken English for Agent communication.
 Should have hands on experience in using E- Freight & ODEX.
 Should be able to handle Import shipment effectively with thorough knowledge of pre - sailing & post - sailing activities.
 Must have hand on experience & knowledge of customs clearance procedure. Sound knowledge of HS CODES, customs compliances will be added advantage for the candidate.
 IGM filling also know.
 Must possess skills for customer communication & solving customer grievances.
 Completion of files after by handing over all necessary documents to Finance Team.
 Must be well versed with MS Office tools.
Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
