Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and field-capable Billing and MIS Executive who will be responsible for

maintaining the integrity of project billing and reporting processes. The role requires a blend of on-

site verification, billing validation, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and

accurate contractor billing aligned with actual site progress.

This role is critical in supporting decision-making through reliable data and ensuring financial control

over contractor execution and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Weekly Project Site Visits

Progress Monitoring & Non-Compliance Reporting

Contractor Billing Management

Certification Check & Coordination with PMC

NT Item Variation management

Final Bill Submission & Account Summary

Prepare or review project schedules

Managing or maintaining delay registers, risk assessments and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,



or similar.

8–10 years of experience in site billing, quantity verification, and MIS reporting.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, rate analysis, and contract clauses.

Technical Skills:

MS Excel

Construction Management Software: AutoCAD, MSP, MS Office Primavera P6

MIS Tools: Power BI, Google Sheets (preferred)

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and observational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Deadline-oriented with excellent time management.

Strong documentation habits and accountability.

Field-ready and comfortable with travel and site work.

Desirable Experience (Preferred):

Worked in infrastructure, construction, or real estate firms.

Exposure to working with PMC-led (Project Management Consultant) environments.

Knowledge of NT item handling and contract management practices.
