Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Solar Operator to join our roll forming manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Solar machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate Solar roll forming machines and other related equipment efficiently.

Setup & Calibration: Set up and adjust machine settings based on production requirements.

Quality Control: Inspect finished Solar products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, ensuring continuous production flow.

Process Optimization: Monitor production parameters and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a protected working environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:



Minimum 2 years of experience operating Solar machinery, preferably in a roll forming unit or a fresher also can apply.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Solar material properties and roll forming processes.

Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and adherence to production standards.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a factory setting with extended periods of standing and lifting.

Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the production team.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI / Technical diploma or certification in mechanical/industrial engineering.

Experience with automated and semi-automated roll forming equipment.
