Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy to support business growth across manufacturing, retail, corporate, and emerging businesses.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including leadership hiring, executive search, campus hiring, and high-volume recruitment.
- Build strong talent pipelines through workforce planning, employer branding, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Drive recruitment operations, vendor management, hiring governance, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverage HR technology, ATS, AI-enabled sourcing, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Partner with business leaders to meet workforce requirements and achieve recruitment KPIs related to quality, speed, cost, and diversity.

Preferred candidate profile





- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline; certifications in Talent Acquisition, Interviewing, or HR Analytics are an added advantage.
- 1218 years of HR experience, including 810 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven leadership in managing large-scale recruitment.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive search, workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Solid exposure to ATS, HR technology, AI-enabled sourcing, and data-driven recruitment practices.
- Experience hiring across manufacturing, retail, FMCG, textile, apparel, or other multi-location organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build high-performing recruitment teams and deliver business-focused hiring outcomes.
