We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Project Manager 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infra projects.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end project management of complex projects spanning more than a year.
- Independently handle track workstreams and projects as part of large programs portfolios.
- Create a project schedule and plan with financial resource and material requirements.
- Resolve escalated project issues and manage the project from start to completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project management tasks.
- Work during weekends if required for maintenance migration activities and escalations.
Job Requirements
- Must have PMP/Prince2 Certification.
- Experience in managing IT infra projects is required.
- A college or university degree or equivalent is necessary.
- Possess solid technical knowledge of Cisco hardware and software.
- Demonstrate experience in contract Change Management processes.
- Ability to manage partner delivery and commercials when third-party technical delivery resources are engaged.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Rally is expected.
