We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in RPA development, including at least 2 years working on GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Deliver GenAI and Agentic AI-based automation use cases.
- Stabilize and support L2/L3 production issues across UiPath and Blue Prism environments.
- Collaborate with RPA Technical Analysts and Solution Architects during solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and project teams to provide development clarity and troubleshoot code-related issues.
- Define and promote development standards, code modularization, and reusable components.
- Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical support by investigating and resolving software issues, qualifying bugs,
and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and team members.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in UiPath development and automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of Blue Prism development and support.
- Experience with HTTP, REST/RESTful APIs, and JSON-based services.
- Experience in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
- Good understanding of exception handling and RPA development best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Mandatory: UiPath (Primary) and Blue Prism (Secondary).
- Notice period: Up to 30 days.
