We are looking for a skilled Azure Backend Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining scalable microservices and API architectures.

Roles and Responsibility

- Define, implement, and maintain scalable microservices and API architectures.
- Champion architectural decisions regarding compute density, performance tuning, and resource optimization in Azure.
- Bridge the gap between product management and engineering to translate feature goals into solid backend logic.
- Write clean, secure, and production-ready serverside code.
- Build and scale robust, secure APIs using core ecosystem frameworks.
- Address system bottlenecks, eliminate technical debt, and engineer comprehensive fallback/retry workflows.
- Orchestrate application delivery using container ecosystems and develop automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless environment promotion.




- Provision infrastructure safely using standard Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with container ecosystems, automation, and orchestration.
- Ability to write clean, secure, and production-ready serverside code.
