We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - CyberSecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Own the roadmap for AI-enabled onboarding, including intake recommendation approvals and provisioning audit evidence.
- Translate onboarding pain points into prioritized use cases, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage delivery cadence across IAM ops, engineering, and data science teams, and run RAID and dependencies.
- Deliver capabilities such as access role recommendations based on joiner attributes and peer patterns, intelligent request intake, free text to structured entitlements with missing info prompts, automated SoD policy prechecks and exception workflows, and approvals routing optimization and onboarding copilot for service desk IAM ops.
- Define confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop decision points.
- Coordinate data sourcing and quality across HR feeds, IAM catalogue, historical requests, org hierarchy, and ticketing workflow tools.
- Partner with engineering to integrate into IAM workflows using ServiceNow IGa tooling, ensuring secure APIs, logging, and resiliency.
- Define BAU support model runbooks and training for IAM ops and approvers.
- Implement guardrails for GenAI, including data leakage prevention,



prompt controls, content filtering, and monitoring.
- Define monitoring for model performance and control effectiveness, drift override rates, and exception volumes.
- Drive value realization by defining and tracking KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, rework rate, access errors, SoD conflicts prevented, and approver turnaround time.
- Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of product delivery leadership and AI-enabled onboarding capabilities.
- Experience in running delivery cadence across teams and managing RAID and dependencies.
- Ability to define and track KPIs related to onboarding cycle time, rework rate, access errors, and more.
- Solid knowledge of risk controls, responsible AI, and data integration operating models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
