Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery modules.
- Design and develop discovery patterns, probes, and sensors for asset and service discovery automation.
- Manage CMDB data quality by ensuring accurate and timely discovery of IT assets.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align discovery solutions with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ITOM Discovery tasks.
