We are looking for a skilled Facilities Management Professional with 4 to 9 years of experience in facilities engineering for oil and gas, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
Roles and Responsibility
- Perform equipment sizing and evaluation calculations for compression and separation systems.
- Analyze pipeline hydraulics and pressure drop to optimize facility performance.
- Conduct vibration analysis interpretation and document engineering analyses with clear assumptions.
- Support capital planning with equipment condition assessments and contribute to lessons-learned documentation.
- Prepare facility performance reports and recommendations, and maintain facility capacity databases and models.
- Evaluate compressor performance mapping, separator and treater capacity analysis, and control valve sizing and selection.
- Provide design support for minor facility modifications through engineering calculations and size equipment for replacement or upgrade scenarios.
- Assess individual components, valves, PSVs, instrumentation for performance and design selection, and perform RCFA to recommend design or operating improvements.
- Develop facility capacity models.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities engineering for oil and gas.
- Experience with compression and separation system analysis, process simulation using ProMax, HYSYS, or equivalent software.
- Proficiency in performing equipment sizing and evaluation calculations, as well as understanding pipeline hydraulics.
- Fluent English (CEFR B2) and reliable internet connection.
- Analysis capabilities, including compressor performance mapping, separator and treater capacity analysis, and control valve sizing and selection.
- Upstream process design, documentation, and reporting skills, including preparing facility performance reports and recommendations.
- Maintain facility capacity databases and models, document engineering analyses with transparent assumptions, and support capital planning with equipment condition assessments.
- Contribute to lessons-learned documentation and provide design support for minor facility modifications through engineering calculations.
- Size equipment for replacement or upgrade scenarios, evaluate vendor proposals and equipment specifications, and prepare engineering deliverables for Change Management platform packages.
- Review and validate engineering work from others, conduct system analysis optimization, production systems surveillance, and assess anomalies.
- Identify capacity constraints limiting production throughput, recommend operational adjustments and equipment modifications, and analyze separation and treating facility performance.
- Recommend operational adjustments and equipment modifications, assess individual components, valves, PSVs, instrumentation for performance and design selection, and perform RCFA to recommend design or operating improvements.
- Develop facility capacity models.
