We are looking for a skilled Specialist - Architecture with 6-8 years of experience to lead the architectural design of our CMDB, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and long-term scalability. This position is based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the architectural design of the CMDB, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and long-term scalability.
- Support data integrity governance, partnering with the CMDB Manager to uphold policies ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Design and optimize configuration management processes in line with ITIL best practices, integrating deeply with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities.
- Drive the structured evolution of the CMDB towards full Common Service Data Model (CSDM) alignment, ensuring industry-standard modeling and adaptability to future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape overall platform architecture strategy, including integration patterns, cross-domain capabilities, and platform governance frameworks.
- Oversee and design CI lifecycle processes, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and integration with automated workflows.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant skill areas, with expertise in CMDB Platform Architecture and ServiceNow.
- Solid expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, including automation and integrations.
- Skilled in process architecture, data governance, and alignment to ITIL best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to transform CMDB and platform data into meaningful actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working effectively with global teams, including daily collaboration with the Lead Platform Architect and CMDB Manager in AMS.
- Continuous improvement mindset, proactive in identifying architectural enhancements and future platform capabilities.
