We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience providing business-critical support to Azure customers worldwide through email and phone, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide support for Azure Platform services, commerce systems, billing, and account-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information, explain next steps, and provide timely updates.
- Support Order-to-Cash operations, invoicing, payment transactions, and online service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when specialized expertise is required.
- Continuously build expertise in Azure technologies, architecture, and service offerings.

Job Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.




- Solid customer engagement and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of cloud services, Azure fundamentals, and online platforms.
- Knowledge of commerce and billing processes, including invoicing and payment transactions.
- Experience with account login troubleshooting and customer support operations.
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire new technical skills.
