We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Cloud Infra Management with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and infrastructure management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain large-scale cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system designs.
- Provide expert-level support for cloud-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.




- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Level 2 support in a banking environment.
- Exposure to technical requirements analysis, planning, configuration management, and hands-on technical skills.
- Knowledge of MAS TRM guidelines and ITIL concepts.
- Technical knowledge with LINUX/UNIX systems and J2EE based apps servers is essential.
- Functional/technical knowledge in Channels/Digitalization (e.g., internet banking services client output/document generation Data Integration: e.g., data warehouse/ETL concepts) and Transactions handling systems is preferred.
- Good understanding and frequent usage of MYSQL or Oracle on different database platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic MS office tools and various operating systems.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of T24 and its underlying architecture is an advantage.
