We are seeking a skilled Senior Specialist with 5 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture, specializing in CMDB, HRSD, ITSM, and Integration Hub implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable and efficient ServiceNow architectures.

Roles and Responsibility

- Architect and implement ServiceNow CMDB ensuring accurate configuration item relationships and data integrity.
- Lead HRSD and ITSM module implementations, including process design customization and deployment.
- Develop and manage integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Evaluate and incorporate good-to-have skills such as ConnectedOps, CSM, DevOps, ITAM, HAM, ITAMS, SAM, ITOM Discovery, ITOM ServiceMapping, GRC, ICRM, and SPM to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations to optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex issues related to ServiceNow architecture and integrations.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions to elevate team expertise.




- Ensure compliance with ITIL and other industry standards within ServiceNow implementations.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for ServiceNow platform evolution.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture, focusing on CMDB, HRSD, ITSM, and Integration Hub modules.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with integration strategies leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub to connect with various enterprise systems.
- Expert guidance on configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to optimize workflows.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other industry standards within ServiceNow implementations.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
