We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in ECM to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and robust hands-on experience deploying Documentum applications on AKS, as well as creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps ADO.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps ADO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and align with business objectives.
- Provide leadership in driving product design architecture decisions and adherence to engineering standards.
- Evaluate technologies and perform trade-off analyses for architecture and design choices.
- Implement security best practices, particularly for oil and gas compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cloud computing and ECM.
- Strong skills in creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps ADO.
- Hands-on experience deploying Documentum applications on AKS.
- Solid knowledge of Documentum Core Fundamentals.
- Experience with Documentum upgrades, particularly in cloud environments.
- CKAD certification is an added advantage.
- Agile methodology experience is required.
- Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure.

- Strong experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.

- Ability to apply architecture styles, software design patterns, and development best practices.
- Ability to evaluate technologies and perform trade-off analyses for architecture and design choices.
- Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Log Analytics.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams to validate requirements and align with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones.
- Keeps up with industry trends and supports the growth of team capabilities.
- Understanding of Concurrent Engineering and Management of Change processes.
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of business domains, workflows, and data processes.
- Experience translating business goals and objectives into effective technical solutions.
