We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITAM-HAM/SAM Developer with 5-15 years of overall industry experience in IT asset management. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the ServiceNow ITAM domain and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM Pro.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver asset lifecycle management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow ITAM implementation.
- Design and develop automation workflows for asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing models and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow ITAM tools.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and Glide API.
- Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITAM best practices.
- Understanding of vendor management and cost optimization strategies.
- Exposure to automation workflows for asset lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription management.
- Experience with CMDB design and data integrity.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (SAM/HAM-specific) are a plus.
