We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to lead our Program Project Management team, with a focus on AI governance for Secrets PAM. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Define standards and guardrails for AI use in SecretsPAM approved use cases and prohibited actions.
- Establish governance forums, RACI exception handling, and control attestations for AI-enabled changes.
- Maintain an inventory of AI-enabled SecretsPAM capabilities, models, prompts, data sources, integrations, and owners.
- Secure AI design control requirements, including no secret exposure in prompts, logs, training data, or vendor telemetry.
- Set control requirements for AI features such as least privilege for AI service identities and tool integrations.
- Lead AI threat assessments for SecretsPAM use cases, prompt injection, data leakage, tool misuse, model supply chain risk, and coordinate privacy information security model risk management and third-party risk reviews.
- Define testing and assurance approaches, including abuse case testing, red teaming, monitoring, and operational governance monitoring.
- Ensure monitoring covers both security outcomes and model health drift performance failure modes,



and drive incident playbooks for AI-related events, misrecommendations, leakage risk automation errors.
- Partner with IAM ops, cyber engineering, DevSecOps, and platform teams to embed compliant AI patterns and produce playbooks, reference architectures, and onboarding guidance for teams adopting AI in SecretsPAM.
- Provide advisory support to programmes introducing AI into access workflows or privileged operations.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of AI governance, secrets management, and project management principles.
- Experience with program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., MCA, PG Diploma/MBA/PGDM.
