We are looking for a highly experienced Principal - Package Implementation with deep expertise in PROS Smart CPQ and PROS Price Management and Optimization. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Requirement Gathering, Design, and Solutioning in the Pricing domain.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, design, and solutioning for complex pricing domain implementations using PROS CPQ.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust PROS CPQ implementation strategies.
- Architect and propose creative solutions utilizing out-of-the-box PROS CPQ capabilities, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
- Develop detailed technical designs and architectural blueprints for PROS Pricing solutions, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive seamless integration of PROS Pricing within diverse customer technology ecosystems, providing expert guidance on PROS web APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
- Develop and implement advanced Pricing Analytics functionalities using the PROS Pricing Solution, enhancing client decision-making capabilities.

Job Requirements





- Strong experience in PROS CPQ functionality, including mandatory skills in PROS - Smart CPQ and PROS - Price Management and Optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams through intricate technical and business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide expert consultation and support.
- Experience in developing data exchange modules between PROS CPQ and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Desired certifications include PROS Quoting 201 CPQ Structure, PROS Quoting 202 Document Structure, PROS Quoting 203 Smart CPQ, PROS Quoting 310 Quote Modeling, PROS Quoting 320 Product Portfolio Design, and PROS Quoting 330 Quote Designer.
