As a Service Engineers , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support for their solar rooftop/solar pumping systems. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and rectify faults in onsite solar rooftop/solar pumping systems, uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Description
Solar industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing or Camp (Shivir) execution is mandatory.
• Candidates from marketing activation agencies or similar backgrounds may also be considered.
• Experience in customer mobilization, lead generation, and field campaign execution is essential
Dealer
- Experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
• Candidates must have experience managing dealer/distributor networks.
• Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to solar pumps, rooftop solar, batteries, street lighting, or other solar products.
Camp
- Solar industry experience is preferred.
