We are looking for a skilled SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 8 to 11 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on SAP Fieldglass implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration, as well as expertise in Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement processes.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead SAP Fieldglass implementation rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Conduct client workshops and gather business requirements for contingent workforce management and services procurement.
- Design and configure SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Worker Profile Management, Statement of Work SOW, Time Expense Management, and integration requirements with SAP S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors Ariba ERP, and third-party systems.
- Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Drive UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide functional leadership to offshore-onsite teams and support presales activities, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality.

Job Requirements





- Robust knowledge of SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.
- Expertise in Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement processes.
- Experience with Fieldglass integrations using APIs, SAP CPI/BTP Middleware, or ERP integration tools.
- Understanding of procurement vendor management and workforce management processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- Strong documentation and solution design skills.
- Preferred Skills: SAP Ariba integration knowledge, SAP SuccessFactors integration experience, SAP S4HANA procurement process knowledge, exposure to SAP BTP/CPI, Agile project delivery experience.
- Leadership Expectations: Act as Solution Lead for Fieldglass engagements, own design decisions and governance, manage customer stakeholders and escalations, support practice capability building and competency development, contribute to business development and presales.
