We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Solution Architect with 12 to 18 years of experience in digital enterprise platform delivery, based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

- Act as the primary technical lead for client-facing architecture discussions, discovery workshops, and solution governance.
- Translate business needs into scalable composable architectures while guiding offshore teams and key stakeholders.
- Define and govern Sanity CMS architecture, including studio configuration, schema design, and dataset strategy.
- Drive reusable content models governance standards and efficient API-driven content delivery using best practices.
- Establish API-first scalable design principles that meet performance, availability, and business requirements.
- Architect secure and scalable integrations between Sanity CMS and enterprise platforms such as CRM, identity, loyalty, and backend systems.
- Define API webhook and event-driven integration patterns to ensure interoperability, consistency, and extensibility.
- Provide technical direction to offshore teams across CMS frontend, backend, and DevOps through architecture reviews and solution validations.
- Ensure alignment to coding standards, CMS best practices, architectural guidelines, and coordinated delivery across workstreams.
- Guide frontend teams to integrate effectively with Sanity CMS APIs for scalable SEO-friendly and high-performance digital experiences.




- Align CMS structure with UX personalization and omnichannel delivery needs to enable efficient content consumption.
- Define CI/CD environment and release strategies for reliable CMS application delivery.
- Establish security compliance, performance, and risk controls to ensure reliable and governed CMS solution delivery.

Job Requirements

- Solid expertise in Sanity CMS Studio Content Lake datasets APIs.
- Hands-on experience in schema modeling and structured content architecture.
- Expertise in GROQ querying and API-driven CMS integrations.
- Strong understanding of headless CMS and composable architectures.
- Experience with API-first and microservices-based design.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Nextjs.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability design.
- Experience in the hospitality travel domain platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to personalization and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with DX ecosystem and composable stacks is a plus.
