We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant with a robust background in D365 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 years of experience as a technical consultant with D365, having worked on the D365 product extensively and done multiple implementations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop solutions to address customer pain points and deliver them.
- Develop solutions to resolve issues and enhance CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Implement the complete life cycle of at least 4 to 5 projects.
- Work on integration with third-party applications and Microsoft Flow PowerApps.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Job Requirements
- Total experience of 6 years as a technical consultant with D365.
- Expertise in technologies like HTML 5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, and Javascript.
- Experience working on different CRM XRM versions and implementing complete project lifecycles.
- Certified in D365 CRM and knowledgeable in MS methodology.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and understand customer pain points.
- Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescales.
- Knowledge of mobility in CRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with Unified Service Desk WPF used for creating external Hosted controls and other components used in Unified Service Desk is beneficial.
- Aware of marketing automation tools such as RESCO Scribe, Kingswaysoft, and Click dimentions.
