We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITAM-HAM/SAM Developer with 2 to 7 years of experience to develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITAM HRSD sAMproHampro module. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications using scripting, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other relevant technologies.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data modeling, CMDB alignment, and reporting dashboard creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues ensuring optimal system performance.
- Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment within ServiceNow.
