We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Business Analysis with 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a global role. The position is based in Bangalore and requires working 3 days a week from the client's office.
Roles and Responsibility
- Create BRD user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria for AIML projects.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off for successful project delivery.
- Manage stakeholders through facilitation and communication, maintaining traceability from requirements design to test, UAT, release.
- Align scope priorities and success criteria across stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Work comfortably in agile cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence tools to manage project progress and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Robust experience in creating BRD user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven leadership in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain traceability from requirements design to test, UAT, and release.
- Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
- Mandatory: BA capabilities including excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Secondary skillsets: Experience in Sales and Marketing domain is a plus.
