We are looking for a skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer with robust expertise in NeoLoad to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end performance testing using NeoLoad, covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Analyze non-functional requirements (NFRs) and translate them into robust performance test strategies and scenarios.
- Design, develop, and maintain NeoLoad test scripts for web API and enterprise applications.
- Plan and execute performance tests across on-premise and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Monitor application and infrastructure metrics, such as CPU, memory, DB, and network, during test execution, and correlate results with system behavior.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for system tuning.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance test reports and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure,
and database teams to implement performance improvements and ensure compliance with organizational policies and project timelines.
- Support production readiness through performance validation during go-live and hypercare phases.
